During Spring 1, we scientifically investigated the theory of evolution, identifying changes from early man to modern day homosapeins. In addition, we studied the variation in species from generation to generation and studied how and why we are similar to our parents but not identical; this was supported by Charle's Darwins 'Origin of Species'. To deepen our wider understanding of the world, we compared these theories to the religious beliefs of others and how they contradict each other. Finally we also debated whether humans should engage with selective breeding for personal gain.
