Nursery Admissions

We are delighted that you are considering our Nursery for your child. Our Nursery provides a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can explore, play, and develop a love of learning.

 

We offer morning and afternoon sessions: 

  • Morning sessions - 8:30 - 11:30
  • Afternoon sessions - 12:20 - 15:20

Additionally, your child can attend Nursery all day. Please note there is a lunch time fee. You may be eligible for 30 hour childcare funding click here or you can pay for additional sessions. 

  • Breakfast club is also available. 

 

Lunch Time - £2.50

School Meal - £2.30 

Additional sessions - £15.00 per session

 

Age of Admission

 

We accept children from the term after their 3rd birthday. This ensures that children are ready to fully engage with the Early Years curriculum and the social, emotional and learning experiences we provide.

 

 

How to Apply

 

To apply for a place in our Nursery:

 

  1. Complete the admission form – this can be found here or collected from the school office.
  2. Submit your completed form by the relevant deadline for your child’s starting term and bring in your child's birth certificate.
  3. You will be notified if a place is available and provided with further information about starting arrangements.

 

Settling In

 

We know that starting Nursery is an important step for children and families. To help your child settle in, we offer:

 

  • Opportunities for parents to visit and meet the staff
  • Stay and play sessions to help settle your children into our setting. 
  • Support and guidance throughout your child’s transition into Nursery

 

Key Information

 

  • Sessions: Morning (8:30 - 11:30), afternoon (12:20 - 3:20), or full day (8:30 - 3:20) 
  • What to bring: Comfortable clothing, coat and wellies for outdoor play, and a named water bottle.
  • Funding: We accept Government-funded hours for 3- and 4-year-olds, and additional paid sessions are available if required.
